SOCOM 4 U.S. Navy SEALs

Hello everyone! Hello everyone I'm new here. One of my favorite pastimes is poking around in game resources and collecting sounds from there. In general, as you know, there are a huge number of programs for unpacking rips of playstation 3 games. But the fact is that their contents can be quite different. The game can be encrypted, or it can be immediately unpacked inside. As I understand it, the "official" games from Sony are encrypted. Here's the thing: I downloaded and unpacked the game archive. I have a vgmstream plugin for foobar2000, so there are no problems with playing streamed music, even though it is in a strange format.xvag. But it is the sounds of weapons and the environment that I did not find, but they are in these files with the extension.psarc. After unpacking them with one program from GitHub , I found a very strange format .zrb. Kind of like this video playback format from Bink, but he refuses to open it. As you can see again, both audio and texture levels are in this format. The Total Annihilation textures have the same format, but the script did not fit. Please help.
I can attach screenshots if necessary.
