Extraction of njm and nj format models and textures problem

Hello, I have 2 questions,

I have a bin file that contains models in njm and nj format and I would like to know if there is a tool to extract them?
Also I managed to extract textures of this same bin file in png format with PVR Dissector software (their original format are pvr) but most of them look corrupted or encrypted I don't really known (see attachement) when they are not in game. I tried with other PVR extractor softwares bit it's the same thing. Is there a way to fix the problem?
