Just Dance 4 .bin BMS script is faulty

Whenever I try to use http://aluigi.org/bms/just_dance_4.bms, It outputs this:

Error: offset in PutVarChr (0xd03fc340) is negative

Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
  14  putvarchr MEMORY_FILE SIZE 0
  coverage file 0     0%   8          241890     . offset 00000008

This is not normal for said file and would appreciate some assistance.
Attached is the file I tried to use said script on. I vividly remember
this script working, so I don't know what happened.
