Need help on decode the script.dat by Experience.Inc

I'm trying to translate PS Vita version of Saviors of Sapphire Wings. I extracted the script.dat file, however, when I open the file with hex editor the content looks like encoded or encrypted. I notice Demo Gaze script file is following the same pattern. I wonder, anyone can help to crack this file so I can extract the text and replace it with the translated text.
