Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix FPM files

Hi. I am looking to convert/view the models for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix PC. From what I can tell, they are FPM files. Does anyone any tools or scripts out there? I am having no luck on my end so far.
