Translating The Walking Dead Definitive Edition

Hi, I wan't to translate this game to my native language, but I have problem. Every time I translate something, subtitiles disappear in game (where should be subtitles my game shows nothing just blank). I'm using TellTale Explorer to extract .landb files and TTG Tools 1.0.10 to encrypt, decrypt files and pack files. Can u tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or if you have some kind of tutorial how to do it properly would be great. Sorry for my bad english :)
