How to open trns language file ?

Can anyone help me open and edit the trns file for the Wreckfest game?

Wreckfest has it's own editor. But i was unable to export/import. It's GUI version.

As a result it doesn't work. Is there a working tool for this game?

Fun fact. Editing trns file actually works with BagEdit but game obviously load languge files from somewhere else. Most probably from "00__wreckfest__ / 01__wreckfest__" archives.

How can I open those files? In short, how can I access the language file and translate it into my language ?
