Some of them might be .ogg

Some of them are seemingly .ogg - if you add .ogg to the end of the filename, they work fine. Others don't open/play at all and I can't figure out why.

Audio in the game is using either Vorbis or IMA ADPCM codecs. Not sure if vgmstream supports particular audio containers for the second case directly, but it should be easy to fix.

I was able to reverse engineer the ogg vorbis AUDIO_DATA files and made a tool for easy conversion https://github.com/bearsdotzone/tss-aud ... fmt-header

I have been discussing this over on TTGames Lego Modding Discord.

Still don't know how the non-ogg files are doing their thing
