Does Radiata Stories have midi files

Like the title said I am having trouble with this kind of situation I was able to get a copy of the game audio file but it wasn't in like a psf2 . The file is just called file. Unlike psf2 file I can't extract the midi file from it so I was wondering does it even have sequence midi file or is it just like an adx file since it could be played in foobar 2000?
