Deleting pak content

I need to remove some bushes and i delete all text in bush.uasset, bush.uexp and bush.ubulk but when im reimporting and starting the map the game crashes, so is there any way i can delete the uexp, ubulk and uasset files entirely from the pak file? Note:the game works without the pak file but with 0 bytes bush.uexp crashes when entering the map
