Formula 1 04 and Formula 1 05 Menu Music extraction (PS2)

Hello, I'm having trouble finding the menu music for these games. I assume they're hidden withing the WAD files, but neither PSound nor the ADPCM player found anything.
The Google links direct to the files, if anyone could help me out it would be very much appreciated.

Extract the F1*.WAD files with the BMS script from here. The menu music files are in OGG Vorbis format and that's the reason why neither PSound or ADPCM player able to scan them.

Note: For some reason, F1 04 menu music was inside the 2005's wad files, leftovers probably.
