Edit .ptxt4 Sherlock Holmes Awakened - Remastered

Hi, I´m trying to translate SH - Awakened - remastered version

I´m using bacter tools, but it can´t edit quizz choiceSets,

,so it gives game-braking bug, where you must type answers to the cases, and it only takes it in english, not in translated language.

Could someone please help me edit those choiceSets, or make script to extract that ptxt4 file, so it will be editable?
