Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition (.bin files)

I've been trying to extract the files from the recent PC release of the anniverary edition from Game Pass. However a lot of the game's files are in a .bin format with no indication as to how it was encrypted.
If anyone could point me to the right direction I'd greatly appeciate it.
