Chrono trigger PC cgxx.bin file extraction

So, I am in a bit of a pickle about the Chrono Trigger Steam version. While it is possible to extract the majority of game files via CTExplorer, the SNES graphics appear to be hidden behind these *.bin files. I haven't found any way to get the sources off, so I was wondering if anyone here had an idea. Example file attached.
