Bloodstained Ritual of the Night dxt5 textures

This textures has dxt5 format, I need a tool for editing all this dxt5 files. Would you write a tool or script for extracting and packaging as a whole?

Only extraction yet. Tool supports mostly all UE4 games (i hope so :D )
