Sorry, I thought you were you talking about the ZIP being encrypted, there was actually no password I put on any of this it seems...

If there's an encryption key on the GAME.DAT (I didn't modify that) maybe it's in here.

Just to recap. You provided NO game.dat.
The first link is an invalid folder and the last one is a main.dol and not game.dat.
Is it clear now?

The format is very basic and I don't know if the mdl files are a known format so I added an automatic parser and extractor that dumps all the files in them.
It can be disabled by setting AUTO_PARSING_RF2 to zero.

Looks like Dr. Mario Online Rx uses the ntcompress comtype and the idstring is "ALZ1\xFF", then it can go and extract the RF2 fine.
