I seen a few post floating around here and a 010 template for this but man.. im retarded. Anyone know how i can parse these textures.

@DJ Normality: kidaXV provided python program for converting bimages to dds, you can just use it on them. If you don't know how to run python code, you can use standalone version like this one.

Thank you!! I was looking for something like this. It does work in batch but seems some of the files are broken or missing stuff. While others work great.

and thanks Spirit for the stuff on Gears over at Gildor. I dont know why my post kept getting removed. I could of sworn i posted it there but then one day it was gone. So i appreciate you for remembering all that.
