I had someone working on the noesis plugin but they just couldn't figure out why the formats were being so weird, the swizzle and the offsets are broken and the three games, being Shin Hayarigami 1, 2 & 3.

if someone could help with the existing nltx noesis plugin, any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm going to drop a link below to the whole folder of the different NipponIchi games that i know uses this format so that way the plugin can be consolidated for all of the formats because their all slightly different.

Anyone know how to figure out this format? Someone on GBA temp figured it out but didnt reveal how they did it.
