- add support to export and import strings to and from TMP files

drag and drop game PLT or TMP files for export texts, and txt file for import and create new PLT or TMP file. you can also use it in cmd, just pass path to the file to program
Note: Based on file samples and not tested ingame.
Note 2: looks like game read the English language from the TMP file that stored in Win32\PAC\ENGINE_EN.PAC. the PAC file is just a simple zip file and you can extract TMP from it with any archive manager program (winrar, 7z and...) after that you can simply drag and drop TMP in tool in order to export strings from it.
