Age Of Empires 4 2021 (PC) (.sga file)

I'm found Age of Empires 4 files is .sga type.
I need tool to Unpack .sga files and repack.

so the text can be extracted using a tool below , the text is of type .ucs species which can be extracted
but I can't compile a .sga file so I need help in the form of a tool.

Hi shinzef and mityorka2, I´m looking for this as well to translate to my language. The COH3 Archiver Viewer is working great for viewing files. It contains UPS files in there, which can be read by eg PSPad. But:
a) open the UPS file directly from COH3 Archiver - when I make some change and save it, it doesn´t save;
b) when I extract file, I´m able to save the modification, but I´m not able to load it back.
Any ideas?

I finally had time to look at it. As you said I did it I extracted the language file with simple notepad editing but I can't put it back because I can't create a .sga file , I need help with that.
answer to above question: checked with ue4 packer but it didn't work game started but string error appeared.
