ATF file encryption

Hello!
I would like to ask anybody who know something more about this for help.
These files are from League of angels 3, they are using ATF texture compression (Adobe texture format), which was openable with ATF2PNG tool https://vamapaull.com/atf-to-png-converter-tool/ even few weeks ago. However, its not anymore.
They probably added some kind of encryption.

I was able to collect 2 samples, one before encryption and the other after encryption, i hope this would help you analyze what kind of encryption or something it could be. I also packed unpacked PNG image into the rar.

For sure one difference is the presence of 4 additional bytes at the beginning of the non-working file.
Does the tool work if you manually remove the first 4 bytes with a hex editor?

Unfortunately not. They have edited the format a bit from the last time, few more bytes were added. I have tried rawtex and few other things, but nothing worked :/
Wanted those so bad, but im losing hope.
