Using tokyo_xtreme_racer.bms to dump .DAT/.TOC I was digging through the files and found this if anyone could help in making a Noesis script or tool that can convert meshes.

This file was 0000000000002e39.dat which appears to have several sub meshes. This was the 2nd one I think. First one was the car trim/handles.

Hey DJ Normality. Have you had any luck with converting models from this game since you originally posted this?

No sadly. I can look into it though. I still have all files.
