Help Extracting ( Project Cars 3 .BFF ) [loading in 3d software (not extracting)]

I have used quickbms, ( i used the shift 2 script from the site ) but i don't now how to convert it to a usable format for blender or other 3d programs

i also tried opening the .bff file using 3dsimed3 but nothing appears

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance
