I already replied in the other topic, I can't help:

It's not an archive and there is no table with simple references to the archived data.
Magic "STME" for anyone interested.

I've been studying the STME format. I haven't fully figured it out but I also made a QuickBMS script to extract the raw data mentioned in the entry table (taken from V21) but it seems to work with older versions.
