Error in quick bms

- error in src\file.c line 591: fdnum_open()
Error: Permission denied

This is error in Quick BMS Reimport
Can someone help me please....

You have no write permission on that file.

Temporary move it somewhere else or change the permissions of the folder/file to allow writing.
