How to open files with .datasheet file format

Hello,
I have some files I got from the New World game with the file extension .datasheet ,haven't managed to find what tool/program to open it with. Nothing useful comes up when googling .datasheet file extension. Uploaded an example file

Does anybody have any recommandation, any advice is appreciated!
