Silent Hill Origins (USA PS2) Strings.Eng
Swuforce and consolgames-tools' tools packaging the language files in a wrong way. The TIPS section in the Menu is missing a lot of words. The texts in the cutscenes are missing as well after the translation.

In this file do not present specific "True Way".
Maybe you are using not support symbols by the game
