Ripping Deus Ex: Mankind Divided assets

Hello everyone,
this is my post here and I'm an absolute novice so I apologize if I say/do something stupid.
With that said, I tried using quickBMS (OS is Arch Linux, I ran the windows quickbms_4_gb program through wine since it wasn't included in the linux version) and I got a TON of .dat files.
What am I supposed to do with those?
Please feel free to give me any tip that you want, I'd love to learn more.

Forgot to mention that I used the "http://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/deus_ex_mankind_divided.bms" script

I guess it depends by what you want to do.
