HELP.. SaGa Scarlet Grace Ambtions unity .bytes file encryption

Been trying to backport the PC localization to the vita version but i hit a roadblock with these .bytes files(22 in total) which i suspect has the rest of the story dialouge since the file names and structure has been the same as the vita version except for these .bytes files i cant get into, which has the rest of the plain text. I'll link all of the .bytes files in a .rar if anyone wants to have a look. much appreciated in advance
