gameloft gangstar miami and other gangstar seri text format

I'm currently working with the text file of gangstar series
I found the structure of the file and sucsess to edit, but edit all of file then edit their hex length is also hard and time consuming, so i wonder could there any tool or script to easily just extract the text out, then edit the length when reimport?

Hello. There's python script you could use as start, but need to edit it for your needs. Also check first two bytes in other files if they differ.
