Evil Genius 2: World Domination (PC)

So the archives are the 'asura' format, however I'm not sure about the models and such. I managed to get the textures working and such though. I just need a means to convert the models to something more standard like FBX or even OBJ. Can someone take a look or point me in the right direction?

Element stride 48, here's my result with AXE: Image

Texcoords & tangents & normals & binormals etc appear to be the same as for the sniper elite models I was doing recently.

Body appears to be unsigned short while head is not by the way.
