Please,
provide game name, engine if known;
try searching if something was already figured for the game;
try figuring files most probably containing animations.

Hint: providing sample files (and file list, optionally) is preferable over full game archive.

(yes, it's possible)

Thank you for answer. Sorry to check late. The moving illustration is assumed to be the file in this link. Is it possible to extract a moving illustration like the file attached above rather than a disassembled illustration like a puzzle?

No, sorry. Refer to sprite animations. It's not really puzzle: the correct file should contain all frames which can be merged to gif with i.e. online services.

I'm really sorry, but can you tell me the process? If you extract it with bms and check it with AssetStudio, it is extracted like a puzzle. I'm ignorant about extracting games, but I'm trying. It's my favorite game, and I want to extract and cherish my favorite character files. Please help me.

Sure.

1: After loading file into AssetStudio
- go to assets preview
- sort by name
- figure those you need - with type "Sprite" and "Wait" in the name.
Check visually if they completely present the animation.
Names contain numbers, so alternatively check if they follow ordered sequence.

2: If not, the left are probably contained in other files. Try find those. You can load each archive one by one, or place all the required archives in one folder and load it.

3: Extract needed assets, or all of them and select required. Combine into gif.

Also, the request is duplicate of unanswered topic.
Noteworthy, that ZIP.SD script is NOT presented on main page: only in mentioned topic and twitter.

Thank you very much for the specific answer. Now it looks like you've almost learned it. I'm really sorry, can I ask you a few last questions?

1. Is "AnimationCLip" not originally extractable? If extraction is possible, how should it be extracted? Do you have a separate program?

2. What type do you need to extract?

3. Do I have to use a separate program to extract the correct type and merge it into a gif?

Thank you for kindly replying to me, who is ignorant of game extraction.

No need to apologize, all's ok.
1: seems not
2: sprite
3: no
The problem is you're looking in wrong files. Look in "spriteanimation.sprite.*.zip.sd".
But there are lots of them. If you have a clue on which to look and can find the correct quickly, that's great. Otherwise, we'll load them all in QuickBMS and use filter feature, which is described in quickbms.txt.

Also, no need to quote if the message context is clear.

I said it was the last time, I'm sorry. I still didn't understand. Could you please help me a little more?

Can you tell me more about the extraction process?

The extraction process I performed is as follows.

1. Run quickbms.exe
2. The first file selected is grandchase.bms.
3. The next selected files are spriteanimation.sprite.originalchar5_0.zip.sd, spriteanimation_eoriginalchar_avatar_5.zip, uitexture.unit_liveillust.eoriginalchar_avatar_5.zip.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1swggBa ... sp=sharing
4. And check the extracted file with AssetStudioGUI.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CfFfoN ... sp=sharing

I don't know this next step. And the sprite you mentioned is not an illustration, but a modeling sprite? If you extract the modeling sprite, it can be extracted as an image file. But it's not moving. Also, I was able to check the sprite for the illustration, but it does not move when extracted. Combining these can make one illustration, but what I want is a gif.

Is the process of extracting breathing illustrations and modeling gifs the same?

Thank you very much for your kind reply. Please help a little more.

There's no gif in files, only separate images, which are used to produce animation - sprite animation. You can extract the sprites, find tool and convert separate images to single gif.

Not single sprite, but many sprites of single animation.
Then find site, that can convert "images to gif" online, and upload pictures to it.

No, what I want is a moving illustration. It's not moving modeling.

Is it possible to animate the picture like the file attached above?

Yes. I want to make it myself. But I don't know how.

You can get multiple files such as 2D, SPRITE, TEXT, etc. from the extracted file. Illustrations can be extracted with SPRITE like a puzzle, so combining them you can get a single illustration.

You can make a picture, but you can't animate it.

Unlike modeling, can't illustration be moved?

How many sprites of your animation did you extracted? If all, you can create the gif. Can you upload them?
For understanding, take the gif you already have and separate it into images.

File extracted from spriteanimation.eoriginalchar_avatar_5.originalchar-nelia-a-8.dat, uitexture.unit_liveillust.eoriginalchar_avatar_5.originalchar-nelia-a-8.dat.

AnimationClip cannot be extracted.

If you can create a moving illustration by combining the extracted things, please teach me how.

I know how to extract SPRITE.

What I want to know is how to extract moving illustrations.

Oh, I just realized what you mean.
I thought that the requested animation is made of sprites, but it is not.
I can't help here, sorry.
