Dog's Life/Wallace and Gromit in Project Zoo (PS2) bones and animations [.OVL]

Post by Dogmander »

Hello, recently I've been working on figuring out the formats used by Dog's Life and Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo (PS2). So far, the 3d model and bitmap texture formats have been able to be figured out and extracted. The skeleton format, on the other hand, has been stumping I along with the other people who were working on these formats. If any of you want to take a look at see if you can find out how the bones are stored within the game overlay files, it would be greatly appreciated. The tool, Gibbed.FGDK3, is what all of this extraction is being performed by. https://github.com/gibbed/Gibbed.FGDK3 I have attached samples from each game for anyone to take a look at. Thanks in advance! :D

The samples are too big to fit under Zenhax's 5MB file limit, so I have to upload them to an external site linked here.

tl;dr: Been having problems figuring out skeleton format for Dogs and Zoo, if you want to help look at the samples provided and see what you can figure out.
