Unity Asset Extract Methods

How can I extract sharedassets files like this => sharedassets0_00001.-1. I extracted sharedassets0.assets file with UnityEX but I can't extract this file with it. I also tried Unity Text 2 but it's broken, won't opening. Are there any other methods to extract shared assets? Thanks already!
