Zero Time Dilemma .rtz files (scenes/events)

These files seem to have already been figured out (https://tcrf.net/Notes:Zero_Time_Dilemma_(Windows,_PlayStation_Vita), "Scenes" section). I have no idea how to open these myself, however.

Another thing I have found is that each file has a corresponding file with the same name but "_avn" appended at the end.

If anyone could help with these, I would greatly appreciate it.
