I used Dunia tools to unpack the archives i load the .xbg files with the Noesis plugin but it fails for 90% of them.
So i tried using the FC3 blender tools but it converted my models from .xbg to .mesh. And they fail to open using xnarla importer.
Any ideas or am i missing something ?

Update** I was able to convert most of the models using FCP noesis script. This sample though along with many of the characters i see didnt parse still. Thanks for any help im sure this is a difficult format due to the variations across games.
