[unityFS 2019] Any way to edit .bundle files? (Tenkafuma)

I would like to try using the Global English files on the China version of the game (as they have shared server and updates, but not shared files/apk/account platform).
So the only thing I want to edit are the string / text files.
Would this be possible to do? (Unless they have a file checker, of course).

I have attached some of the .bundle file as an example into google drive (filesize too big for zenhax)

The beginning of the file says these (I opened with notepad++, its gibberish though)
ÓUnityFS 5.x.x 2019.4.9f1 Þÿ ” c C  ±H  è 

It can be opened if the first byte is deleted with Hex Editor, but the files I put up on google drive hasn't deleted them.

Would be nice if anyone can help / give directions around it (I'm a noob at this).
