pickle bms update request

a protocol added in pickle, Protocol 5
bms script (0.1.3a) has protocol 4

i really don't know that there is a good place for that or not, however, please remove this post if you see it in that way (wrong topic i mean)

Good, just updated.

There were 3 new opcodes, one easy to implement while the other two look more like abstractions rather than serialization of data from the input.
