I hope I'm sharing the topic in the right place, I'm new to this site.

First of all, I extracted the game's .arc files via quickbms.But when I open the files with notepad++
There were such texts in (Ó¤ÿÿÿÿ× I’$ø3®Ó¤ÿÿÿÿû I’$¥fA3®Ó¤ÿÿÿÿî I’$).

I'm looking for the game's dialogues, speech texts in the wrong place? Or do you need a tool to convert these texts to English?
