ninja ripper error

I've been trying to use ninja ripper 1.7.1, but I keep seeing an error in the injhelper.txt folder it reads as such...
ERROR: APC injection failed. Err: 0x%08X. Win32 error: 0x00000005 Any solution on how to fix this?
