Edit: Nevermind, I think I found what I'm looking for. For reference, here is a dd script that trims the junk headers. I also found a copy of Miles Sound Tool here.
Hello. I have what I presume to be a simple problem, but I've had no luck in correctly applying it. After googling and reading a reddit thread or two, I've learned that the dialogue audio files for this game are apparently mp3s with a wav header (for compatibility I suppose). I was wondering if it would be possible to write a QBMS script that replaces the wav header with an MP3 header, or otherwise convert the files? Apparently Miles Sound Tool could also convert them, but I can't find a download for that anywhere.

Thanks for any help.
