Hey guys, I have tried to open this FSB Bank for a long time but unsuccess, I also tried guessfsb03 but it had not get the password. Can anyone help me, please? Thanks.

You can drop that .bank file straight onto Foobar and the vgmstream plugin will play it no problem. No password needed.
