TT Isle of man ride on the edge 2

Hello everyone, i have a question about TT IOM ride on the edge 2.
How to extract 3d model from the pkg data? Can somebody guide me to extract them ? Because inside pkg data , there are .p3d format of 3d model/mesh, but i cannot open this format in 3d software like blender3d , i hope somebody can tell me how to fix that..

There is no option to open .p3d format
