Hello, I found the subtitles files, but how do I convert them?

Looks compressed, has a header of CR2W.

It's not compressed, and it's not actual json or subtitle, but just index for subtitles archive with filenames, offsets and other info. I think cp77tools partially support cr2w files.

cp77tools just dumps. It doesn't extract it or convert it.

Can anyone fix the json file for me?
The json file I got is for Arabic and English, but it's very confusing and full of things that need to be changed.
Zmkiy changed the Chinese file and sent it. I want the same for English and Arabic.
Can anyone help or give me a tool?
