DOA5LR - how to understand the header of .bin file?

Hi,

I would like to understand and read the header (and general headers) for this uncrypted file (RAIDOU_UPD05.bin from DOA5LR).

If it can help, and as far as I know:
A0 to 2FB7 = hits properties (punches, kicks and so on)
2FC0 = something at least related to throws (like throw animations & range starting at 30C0 to 329F)
3340 = generic pain animations (and throws damage from 3360 to 33AF)
