Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge .db/.sdb files

Unsure of the contents. Not SQLite Database files from what I can tell....any way to peer into these?
Files tend to be 1-10kb for .db files, although seem to be encrypted/compressed.

.sdb files are around 30-100kb. Same thing as .db from what I can tell, but with far more information.
