N64 Culling?

not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but recently I tried ripping some bosses and level geometry from the N64 version of MK Mythologies but it seems to have culling, so it only rips what is facing the screen and not the other side of them, I was aware PS1 did this, but didn't know some N64 games still did, with N64 is there any way to disable this or make all the polygons load in at once?
