One of the biggest roadblocks in Cold Steel III's modding is the assets.pka file, I was wondering if it was possible to extract the PKG files as is, still compressed so the game is able to read them without the PKA container. I've attempted to extract them myself through Python and the Quickbms tool, but both times the PKGs were uncompressed and unreadable by the game.
I understand this is pretty dumb and would affect loading a lot, but I was hoping it was possible because I want to look into porting things between Phyrengine games like Cold Steel 1's maps into Cold Steel 3 as I discovered certain maps still in the game whilst looking into debug rooms.
TLDR; Did Durante leave the PKGs in D3D11's assets.pka uncompressed or would it be possible to have the game read the PKG files directly out of this folder?
