Dat Files: Hard for me to spot patterns here.
Scripts (.fev): There is a commonly occurring 40 ## (## is sometimes changing) at the 7-Ath byte of every file, followed by a few more commonly reoccurring slightly changing bytes.
Scenic (.sce): I can't nail down any headers, but referencing .psi (files?) seems to be a common thing.

Also, where else would be more proper to post them? There isn't a misc section. Just models, sounds, materials, and archives, which none of these fall under.

FEV may be the Fmod audio events.
