Watch dogs: Legion Please help with the translation

Hello, I would like to translate this game into my native language. I don't know how to extract FAT / DAT game files. I found here a post from loc file that I managed to convert to txt file. I will provide the tool. Please help me unpack the game and insert the files back into the game. Thank you very much
